Arcane Ramblings 2 is a Citadel Miniatures Mailing Club flyer with rules for Warhammer Fantasy Battle 1st Edition, published some time in 1983, probably November.

Flyer states the rules are created by Bryan Ansell as part of his "Chaos Epic", and that the First Citadel Compendium is "Out now"
