Games Designers' Workshop (also known as GDW) was a wargame and role-playing game publisher from 1973 to 1996 based in Illnois, USA.

They also published their own gaming magazine The Grenadier from 1978 till 1990, running for 35 issues, as well as Journal of the Travellers Aid Society (dedicated to Traveller from 1979 till 1985) and Challenge (replacement for JTAS which coverd other GDW games, from 1986 till 1996)
